Threatening government officials of the United States is a felony under federal law. Well, in the event that Sarah and Mike should have Arkansas CHL’s I believe (if I my research was correct) they are recognized by reproprocity laws in Virginia, w. Virginia, DC. so, should be able to pack in these states. Just fyi Maryland does not allow CHL’s.
