Today’s SCOTUS decision clearly delineating between citizen/residents and those seeking to enter illegaly may just render the due process argument moot.

It did? Silly me, I thought it had to do with denying visas per the travel ban executive order.

The implication is that people not in or legally in the US are not entitled to entry and the final judgement rests with the Chief Executive. Due process does not apply.
