A Florida man was arrested on Tuesday after he reportedly threatened to kill Rep. Brian Mast (R-FL) and his three minor children.
Police say Laurence Key of Stuart, Florida, called Congressman Mast’s DC office out of anger regarding President Donald Trump’s immigration policy, and told the office intern, “If you are going to separate kids at the border, I’m going to kill his kids.”
Along with making death threats against the Congressman and his children, documents filed in the US District Court reveal that Key placed 478 phone calls to Mast’s office.

In a letter to the editor of my local rag news paper the other day, there was a letter from and unhinged far leftie screaming about how “Trump lies Trump lies Trump lies, every single day”. Not one word of that letter mentioned what the lies were. It was like a temper tantrum and apparently the editor of our lovely local newspaper thought that was a great letter to print! Then they wonder why we cancel our subscriptions! SMH

Right on every point. They think calling us names is the same as proving the point. Seems Democrats have been drinking from the 'River Stupid'... The fact that newspapers go along with this mindlessness is disappointing too. Like you, I expected more. And you're right - they wonder why people don't buy their papers? Amazing.

At least he made the threat ahead of time so he could be located and arrested. What about those who will do such an act without any warning? Scary times.

That’s something that the Constitution allows. It merely says that a representative has to be a resident of his state, not his district. That should be corrected by an amendment.
