The businesses repatraiting the $300 billion need to invest that money.

The treasury should issue $25 billion of gilt bonds and offer them to the companies needing a rock solid investment paying a decent dividend

$25 billion is chump change in the federal budget. The same as chewing gum money in your budget.

Money has nothing to do with the wall.

Congress wouldn’t fund it if it was $25 thousand.

Any other person would probably put a starting amount at $100 billion and estimate 20 years minimum for the whole thing.
