Gov. Mike Huckabee said Monday on the Laura Ingraham Show that even after Red Hen restaurant owner Stephanie Wilkinson threw his daughter Sarah Sanders out because she worked for President Donald Trump, she also stoked a protest at a nearby business where some of Sanders’ party had relocated.
Sanders, Trump’s press secretary, wrote on Twitter about the incident.
“Last night I was told by the owner of Red Hen in Lexington, VA to leave because I work for @POTUS and I politely left. Her actions say far more about her than about me. I always do my best to treat people, including those I disagree with, respectfully and will continue to do so,” Sanders tweeted.
Huckabee told Ingraham that after being asked to leave the restaurant, Sanders and her husband returned home, but the rest of the family went across the street to another restaurant. Huckabee said while Sanders’ family dined across the street, Wilkinson followed them to the restaurant and harassed them there.
“The owner of the Red Hen called people and organized a protest, yelling, and screaming at them from outside the other restaurant and creating this scene,” Huckabee said.
Some of Sanders’ in-laws, most of whom Huckabee described as “very liberal,” confronted the protesters, according to Huckabee.
“One of the members of Sarah’s in-laws who were there walked out and said, ‘Look I don’t like Trump, I’m not a supporter … but you guys are embarrassing me, and you’re not helping the cause.’”
“This is what the left has been reduced to,” Huckabee said. “It’s really tragic, and it is dangerous, and that’s what I think people need to recognize.”

Sarah Sanders went home. It was her in-laws that were followed, according to Sarah’s father. The in-laws would have to confirm.
More should be made of this! Consider how this stepped beyond Maxine Waters call to harass Trump folks. Here they attacked private citizens. Oh, for a video.
I went to a Mexican restaurant in DC sunday morning the waitress was yelling outside at the manager about this type of behavior. She smartly said if you start doing this everyone will quit because it won’t be safe to work there. At the time I had no idea what she was ranting about now it makes sense. She was irate.
She will be. She decided to take that on herself and forgets the Proverb, “You reap what you sow”. She has taken a direction in her life that she might regret at some point, not realizing that to fulfill your urges might make you feel good for a moment, but a lifetime of consequences will follow. Count on it.

Interesting Article in American Thinker.suggested taking away their flight privileges. No flying if they behave like that. What’s to stop them from behaving like that on a plane? Someone already did that to Ivanka I believe. I say make them walk.

I saw the Red Hen owner get in her car on TV, yep a Prius. Clearly she’s a Left-Wing kook.
I would love to see a Restaurant owner throw out Spike Lee, or Jay-Z, or Maxine Waters, or Elijah Cummings.
Democracy requires an adult maturity and acceptance of elections results even when you disagree. Completely hypercritical of this business owner to posture as if they are upholding “Democracy” when in fact they clearly are a typical in the close Fascist wanna be. The political Left in this country is fascist in behavior.They want to scream down anyone who does not toe their infantile emotionally hysteric ignorant political dogmas. It is past time they start being called to account for this clown act.

I was surprised they closed Saturday night. Tonight they are normally scheduled to be open after being closed Sunday and Monday nights. Either the libs will rally to support them or they will realize the restaurant is not long for this world.

I certainly agree, there will be bloodshed, and maybe that is what it will take for America to wake up. I sure don’t see Mad Maxine stopping any of her inciting violence anytime soon. She is so full of hate.
It would be nice to see a bunch of people outside yelling at everyone who walks in. What’s good for the goose.
