You should really read up on federal law you do not have the right to do this. Why? Because every restaurant needs state licenses to operate which requires abiding by civil right state and federal guidelines.

You can refuse service for health or safety reasons, or because you do not provide a specific service, or have specific dress codes, but not because you just don’t feel like serving someone due to their race, religion or politics. UNLESS the people are vocalizing about their race, religion and politics causing a disruption.

Are you going to sit there and tell me that a lawyer has to represent any client who walks through his door? How about a CPA, or an architect?

I've got news for you: THEY DON'T.

Any law that treats a baker or restaurant owner differently than a lawyer or CPA in this regard should be overturned. And anyone who accepts the idea that a government should have the authority to compel anyone to conduct business with any and all customers has no idea what the word "freedom" means.
