Son coming over didn't happen today but I'll see him next few days. He's going to be landscaping for the rest of the summer until school starts again, hard work but the young guys can handle it.

Landscaping, huh? Hard work but very satisfying to step back and admire the finished product. I hope he enjoys it.

Not much happening here today. Back is still sore from working yesterday so I took it easy today. Got a stack of new, updated pamphlets from the head guy at the museum and folded most of them this afternoon. Now I can deliver them to veterans offices and other places, plus keep some in the car so they’re handy to give out.

Yes, we’ve had almost 3 inches of rain the past few days and the soybeans are VERY happy. It’s amazing how fast they’ve grown this week.

Bummer you’ve had clouds but no rain with them. Guess that means more lawn watering. :-(
