I like the idea of all these other Red Hens suing this one for causing lost business.

People should be smart enough to figure out which restaurant Sanders got kicked out of. Doubt anyone on FR made this mistake!

When the police arrive, calmly give your side of the story; You were quietly eating dinner and you were targeted by the owner for no reason.
This will force the owner to go on record to the police why they're asking you to leave.
This can be used later in a court case for discrimination or targeted harassment.
It will also embarrass the restaurant.
Let the owner be shown as being unreasonable, angry, and irrational.
And of course, get video and audio.
