Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) said Senators should stand up to President Donald Trump by not approving any more judges until they get votes on things like tariffs.
Flakes said, “I can tell you Republicans need to stand up on issues like tariffs. Facing us right now — we’re at the nascent stages of a full-scale trade war that the president seems to want to escalate. It all stems from the steel and aluminum tariffs. Congress needs to stand up and say, ‘No, we’re not going to do that.’ You can’t use section 232 to claim that Canada is a national security threat. That’s not who we are.”

This unbelievable traitorous piece of filth should be shunned like the Amish do. Absolutely shunned until he leaves the Senate. And once he’s gone, he should be ridiculed every day in the media for a year or two.
As a resident of Arizona, it is sad to see a bought and paid for Senator sitting in office doing the work of special interests.
Glad he will be gone in six months, but worried we will be getting his clone (McSally) if Kelli Ward can’t pull out this nomination.
I am sick to death of politicians telling us “who we are”
Especially ones who have been soundly rejected by the majority of Americans
And by the looks of things, he’ll be gone far sooner than his fellow senator.
