"There nonprofit status should be revoked for many other reasons. It was only chartered in support of the Clinton library. Not, of course, all the government kickbacks and bribery, etc."

If they had evidence of this it would be a clear reason to investigate further. Regardless of how we feel about Killary, the foundation would be at risk and they would have reason to review the receipts and disbursements .....which might indeed show other damning evidence?

Never forget Al Capone: guilty of many crimes but it was the revenuers that ultimately put him away, 555.

Charles Ortel has done massive work on this. It seems pretty straightforward.

We could start with the ~$45M annual "other expenses" which are not detailed further. I bet this is the pool of money from which they pay the hundreds of people that know specifics of the Clintons' past criminal and embarrassing actions going back 40 years. I suspect the funds get trickled down several levels via legitimate-seeming grants, consultants and other "charities" into the hands of harassment and rape victims, troopers, fixers, coroners, cops, judges, government and S&L employees, etc. There are a lot of people with knowledge of the Clinton downside legacy that need to be kept quiet as long as possible.
