It is a major victory for Trump? What you say? Only the president has the power and authority to appoint officers of the court. In this case the SEC appointed administrative judges. Well the SCOTUS said not so fast, you have overstepped your power. Where this ruling gets interesting is that only Trump can appoint a special counsel, the appointment clause. Wonder if the President’s lawyer go back to the SCOTUS with this ruling and ask for Mueller to be shut down. Time will tell.

Aren't there administrative judges within the IRS? If so, then we may be able to relieve ourselves of another layer of oppression by replacing them with appointed judges.
