I'm of the opinion that a real investigation into this would reveal that the H1B and H2B systems are absolutely full of fraud (given my experiences job-hunting, and similar stories I've heard), to the point that it would mean the end of the tech industry, big-named companies being shut down over their fraudulent importation of aliens… and [conspiracy theory] would also show de facto population-replacement programs, tying into the forced-nonenforcement
of immigration laws we've seen for the past few decades.
