While our forefathers would not have hesitated to do what was needed to secure our borders and expel intruders, it is not a settled matter as to whether this generation has the will to preserve the West.
Our borders remain open; we have 12 to 20 million illegal aliens in our midst; we bring in 1.1 million legal permanent immigrants annually; and one political party wants to maintain the status quo along with a significant percentage of the other political party.
It may already be too late to stem the tide. This country will be lost thru the ballot box. The Dems have won the popular vote in six out the last seven presidential elections.
Of course the people of the West have the will to preserve it.
The problem is, many of them don’t know what the West is (meaning they don’t know it defines everything about their own lives) and they don’t know who their enemies are.
That’s all there is to it. They’ve been brainwashed. I’m sure you probably agree at least in part.
My point is, Buchanan has misread the problem. It’s not a lack of will to preserve the West, it’s a complete cluelessness about what’s going on.
