If they couldn’t get here on their own he would provide transport. He also handed out visas to every turd worlder that wanted to come to the U.S. to include Ebola patients and terrorists.
Who, where, when, why , how missing. Nada. He may steal or buy those children. Take a baby in or out of Mexico for decades and one must always be prepared to pay the “bite” or prove relationship to keep them safe with you.

Thank you for finding that article. I’ve been trying to figure out what year that was when all the “unaccompanied” children were brought into this country, and now we do not know where they are. Then, their parents were probably “permitted” to enter to keep the family together (chain-migration).
There's a solution:
We have the authority to hold illegals here - we have the authority to hold them in their own country at an US Embassy controlled Center IN THEIR HOME COUNTRY.
WE CAN FLY ILLEGALS AND THEIR CHILDREN FIRST CLASS BACK TO THEIR HOME COUNTRY AND HOLD THEM IN A US EMBASSY OWNED FACILITY UNTIL THEIR CASE IS HEARD.
AND...
WE CAN EVEN ALLOW THEM TO ‘GO FREE’ IN THEIR HOME COUNTRY WITH A DATE TO COME BACK BACK TO THE EMBASSY TO HEAR THEIR CASE.
If A PERSON seeking asylum is concerned about being hurt if they're in their home country - - those people can choose to stay in the Embassy compound IN THEIR HOME COUNTRY.
This WILL short circuit incentives bringing these people here... most of them can't afford to pay to get here over and over again.
