I'll tell you what I think is going on here:

1. The Clinton Foundation was a CIA front operation.

2. The investigation of Hillary Clinton's illegal e-mail server is categorized as a "counterintelligence operation" because of the likely exposure of her e-mails to foreign spies.

3. This means every Tom, Dick and Jane involved in that case is considered "intelligence personnel" so their identities can be shielded.

Clinton has been involved with CIA since college - would explain why the Clinton Foundation seems to operate without scrutiny.

Too much money has been funneled into the Clinton’s pockets from foreign countries and our enemies. According to WikiLeaks, many Clinton Foundations in other countries that let them hide donors from U.S. scrutiny. (How many Clinton Foundations.... around 10!!!!)

Linking them to the CIA would be they are doing something to help America? They would never do that. They are our are own form of mafia.
