On Monday, former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe refused to testify to the Senate Judiciary Committee about the IG report’s findings on the FBI’s handling of the Clinton email investigation.
McCabe invoked his 5th Amendment rights on Monday after failing to receive immunity from prosecution in exchange for his testimony.

And yet manafort is sitting in jail as we type!! I’ve lost all hope in justice and the rule of law!! If these bastards skate, which 100% most likely they will, our law structure will beginning to crumble...sad!

I think Federal government employees who uses 5th amendment rights to refuse to answer questions from Congress about his/her work, should immediately be fired and lose their pension. This would end these games.

Well, to be fair, I think he is the only one of the bunch actually under a possible indictment, so taking the 5th would not be unexpected, but yes, he is guilty and I already have a rope ready when its all over.
