Sorry for sounding skeptical, but I recall hearing what a stand-up guy Comey was - he’ll call a spade a spade, no bias, blah, blah, blah. Then we heard the same about Horowitz. And Wray. If I feel like we’re being set up again, well, can’t help it. All I keep hearing is how these pit bulls are going to bring the Clinton/Obama cabal to justice. So far....nothing. Lots of talk.

The media has said the report stated there is no evidence of political bias. They are being deliberately incorrect (lying) IMO.

The report says there is no DIRECT evidence of political bias, no smoking gun. However, it specifically states on page 398 that there is PLENTY of circumstantial evidence of political bias and they classify the bias in three categories as follows (from the IG Report):

"...We identified three categories of text messages that raised concerns about potential bias in FBI investigations. The first were text messages of a political nature commenting on Trump and Clinton. We specifically highlight these text messages because Strzok and Page played important roles in investigations involving both Trump and Clinton, and the exchange of these text messages on an FBI-issued device potentially created an appearance of bias. The second category we identified were text messages that combined expressions of political sentiments with a discussion of the Midyear investigation, potentially indicating or creating the appearance that investigative decisions were impacted by bias or improper considerations. The third category raised similar questions with respect to the Russia investigation.

So, they definitively state what is obvious to anyone who had read the transcripts of messages between Strzok and Page, as well as comments from McCabe and Comey...that there was indeed political bias. One can only assume they are saying there isn't bias for the same reason the media says it. They want it all to go away.

Wow. Hatch is on fire. I didn’t know he had it in him. He’s blasting Wray’s statement last week.

I think some of the things that have happened have happened because Wray was in charge of the FBI.

WHEN this all comes down, it has to be airtight, and completely locked down.

I trust Wray, so far, because nothing is leaking. If Wray were bent, then you’d have a tremendous amount of leaking, and the news narrative would be forever putting 45’s admin on the defensive.

That was the hallmark of Comey’s stint - leaking. Huge leaking.

As he and all should. Last weeks statement by Wray was poor to worse.

Really? I have a visceral negative reaction to the guy. I find it impossible to believe anything he says about anything - and I don’t think it’s just me.

I think Wray may have come to the FBI via a public institution of higher learning. He seems to think that telling us “Oh, we’re all going to be trained to be objective” will make it all go away.

He doesn’t seem to want to be on point with his answers, he just picks up that ol paintbrush and slaps some more white wash on it.

Ohh..Old guy running this is saying “no more bullshit, Wray, gimee the deets!”

Good for Hatch. He basically said “don’t give me any BS about training - I want to know how these people are going to be held accountable.”

Wray just effortlessly throws more BS back as an answer.

Yep, there were probably several, with an odd one here and there still to be flushed out.

Hatch is getting under Wray’s skin.

Junior G-Man, Wray says all the agents are Boy Scouts .

They Pinky swear not to be biased.

They will be attending Starbucks training soon.
