Yes , you are right, not jaded.
Obama introduced an era where police departments across the country have to look over their shoulders when they think about indicting a racial/muslim minority person, I bet that the perps. are already lawyered up with Muslim lawyers paid for by CAIR, just so they can suppress evidence.
They want it to be a hate crime so they can get in into federal court. Book them for murder in Maine State Court and but the ba$tards away for life. Arrest them all, NOW!
