Having your car stolen because you parked it with the keys in it and left it running is very irritating, but is not justifiable homicide.

Breaking into your house and getting shot is not justifiable homicide? Grabbing your child and taking off with him/her is not justifiable homicide? Stealing your property is not justifiable homicide? rolling eyes

Breaking into your house and kidnapping are different from someone stealing your car. This is the law, not my opinion.
