Momentum is growing within the Democratic National Committee for a significant reform to the party’s presidential nominating process, but the proposed change has caused a leading California Democrat to question whether Russian meddling is behind the effort.

Mulholland, a DNC member and longtime key player in California Democratic politics, sent an email Friday to other DNC members from the Golden State that implied Russian President Vladimir Putin might be behind the reform effort.
The basis for his claim? An activist from West Virginia promoting the changes, who he had seen at two national party gatherings, admitted to him that she was a Green Party member and had voted for its nominee, Jill Stein, in the 2016 election.
“I concluded someone is picking up her expenses but there she and others are, demanding we change our Rules,” Mulholland wrote. “The Putin operation is still active.”

Let the Dems keep their superdelegate system. With any luck, they’ll end up nominating someone worse than Hillary (My $$ is on Deval Patrick, Cory Booker or Kamala Harris) while continuing to alienate their base. One person that definitely isn’t getting the nomination: Bernie. Joe probably won’t get it either. No old, White guys allowed.

What a stupid comment. Everyone knows that superdelegate reform is caused by Global Warming. Superdelegate Al Gore predicted all of this years ago.

Notice the way the media never mentions that without the super delegates Hillary doesn’t hit the vote count and claim the nomination.

The reform favors the new, crazy, tell the truth of how we really hate the U.S., Capitalism, and old white guys “Crazy” wing of the Democrat party.
I think the “Insane” wing is more dangerous than the “Crazy” wing.
In other words, this is really the party big boys choosing Hillary. Wonder how many of her super delegates were women?
I hate both wings. But at least it feels like I “understand” people like Bill Clinton and Al Gore. I think the likes of Cory Booker and Kamala Harris are a new kind of crazy. Bernie Sanders is not technically crazy, but he does not care what damage his policies will wreak on the country.
