Canadians have started to boycott U.S. goods in the wake of President Trump's war of words with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the recent steel and aluminum tariffs on Canada, the European Union, and Mexico.
CTV News reported on Thursday that Canadian shoppers were boycotting Florida oranges, Kentucky bourbon and California wine over the diplomatic rift.
Canadians have also employed hashtags such as #BoycottUSProducts, #BuyCanadian and #BoycottUSA.

All stocked up with moose meat so i am good with this
If the CDN$ dumps, they can’t afford to come. There may soon be an oversupply of vacation homes in SFL.
I've also opposed our ridiculous, price-fixing "supply-management" system for decades. It's a government-enforced cartalization of (some) agricultural products, that is illegal for any other business. It hurts consumers. If Trump forces us to give it up, he will have done Canadian consumers a big favour.
That said, "my country, right or wrong" and all that. Unfortunately, Trump has caused a lot of voters here to rally around the flag & that is helping Mr. Selfie. I hope Trump has plans to reverse that perverse result.
Canadians cannot win / benefit from this trade war. If Trudeau is serious about “fair” trade, why doesn’t he take President Trump’s of no tariffs and no subsidies?
I don’t think they’ll go to Mexico except the stupid ones for snow bird season. A friend who is an legal immigrant from Mexico disinvested in Mexico cause it is too dangerous.
What you don’t like Florida bourbon? Made by redder necks even than in Tennessee.
Sorry. I need to mention (in-the nukeem) vein. My home is in a prevailing southwest air flow pattern. Fallout is not my major concern. It would blow to Canada. So when critiquing my post please step outside and check the direction your trees lean. Please dont tell me Im an anal orfice. My wife of 45 years tells me this constantly and I still ask her whats your point?
Timbits?
You canucks can always eat some of those lovely Canadian Oranges, you know, the frozen ones.
Maybe all the Québécois will stop flooding the US to do all their shopping and bringing their nasty attitude.
I know in Plattsburg, they come in every weekend and are rude and nasty to the Americans.
OTOH, I’ve not found any Canadians from the Toronto/Fort Erie area to have the same attitude.
Actually, they’re doomed.
I can’t help but wonder what they’d really do without the influx of American made products. I can’t imagine they have the kind of manufacturing that would be able to produce everything they need to be completely dissociated from the US.
We buy a lot of cars that are made there. If the VIN in your car starts with the number 2, then yours is one of them.
Do they really want this fight?
Canola Oil, maple syrup.
“Id trade BC for CA any day.”
That’s mighty big of you considering you don’t even have the time to write out a Profile Page or admit what POS state you’re from! Yep, mighty big of you!
I guess this mean they’ll stop watching Marvel movies, game of Thrones. Stop buying Xbox one’s and Jay-z albums. No more iPhones and at goodbye to the Google Pixel 3 XL. The above list is just a few reasons why this would never work in real ville.

My VIN is 46512, so guess it wasnt built in Canadia
Leave Rush out of this!!! “We’re just three guy’s ya know?”.
