Now, what this report does a great job of is setting the stage for the next report, which will be the climax of Horowitz’s work. It’s like Act I of a three act play.

Anyone who stated “We are going to stop Trump” should at the very least be fired whether they did what they said they’d do or not. Just because it can’t be proven that they tried to influence or change the results of the election doesn’t mean they won’t do it at the next opportunity.

I didn't see the FBI director's speech and haven't read the report, but from the comments I have read it sounds like a good name for it might be Slim Pickens.

This Q-crap fantasy has to end. Today we saw a glimpse of what it’s all about. There will be no justice. There will be no atonement. The elite are fixed in their ability to float above any sense of law. Trump himself is strangely complicit by not taking firm action to end this fiasco.

Rosenstein is running the criminal enterprise.

The coward Sessions should appoint a SC to continue the OIG work but that POS Sessions will not. He will let the DOJ/FBI investigate themselves. Sessions needs to go.
IOW, none of the “worthies” listed above had any moral standing to criticize Hillary’s “email problem” . . . and were morally obligated to recuse themselves not only from investigating her themselves but from supervising anyone who did.At least that’s the standard Jeff Sessions signed up for in the “Russia, Russia, Russia” matter.
Yes, it's permanent position, I believe (serving at the pleasure of the sitting President, of course) but this particular IG is an Obama appointee, so the Dems can't plausibly dismiss his findings as biased against any Obama admin personnel...

I don’t think there will be justice or atonement either.
But the people are paying attention to this. And the FISA report is next.
Remember, that this is all POLITICAL, not LEGAL.
They aimed to remove Trump. They have failed. If the republicans retain the House in November, this is all over. They will have failed completely. Mueller will wrap up because there won’t be any point in continuing. And too much bad laundry has already been exposed. And with increased numbers in the Senate (which is likely), Trump can remove both Sessions and Rosenstein and get replacements confirmed. That can’t happen now because of politics and the 50-49 margin in the Senate (McCain still alive and not resigning).
The end of this whole business will be decided upon in November. And the outright corruption is CLEARLY on only ONE side of the aisle.
The Deep State (the Ruling Oligarchy) have been ADAMANT to keep this information from the people’s representatives, and thus, the people. But they will be made aware of it, and are. And it’s not over yet.
