You all have your reasons. Some are furious about domestic policies that lock child asylum seekers in cages. For others, its a foreign policy that supports Russia and denigrates allies. Maybe its just the man himself, who boasts of assaulting women. Or, it might even be the tariffs, sparking unnecessary trade wars that are killing jobs in the U.S. and abroad. Whatever the reason, youre reading this because you want to hit back and hurt Trump in the only place he cares about his wallet. Heres how:

I know there are a lot of good Canadian FReepers caught in the middle of this, and as an ex-Canadian, I apologize to you.
“Some are furious about domestic policies that lock child asylum seekers in cages.”
FAKE NEWS!! That 0bozo!
It’s wrong to eat poutine.
And all the while, they are protecting Justin’s sorry ass over allegations he groped women some years back.
Boycott Amazon and Wal-Mart...?
Plus I will not be forced to wear hockey jerseys all the time,eh.
killing jobs in the U.S. - which is why U.S. unemployment is plummeting.
Just another ignorant leftist spewing fake news...
Thanks, glad this sentiment exists because frankly, I am having second thoughts about travelling in the western US this summer with my Cdn licence plates. So many comments about various countries assume that everyone there thinks the same way and supports their government or elites.
In Canada, we have probably the same number of anti-globalist types that you have there, but our Conservative Party is currently being run by globalists and has taken a very weak stand in the current situation. I know that in some parts of Canada sentiment is more pro-Trump than our urban elites might realize or care to acknowledge, but with a very small number of public-profile people in agreement with us, the point of view is not often heard against the steady drumbeat of anti-Trump rhetoric.
It was the same when Reagan was in office and I’m sure nowadays quite a few Canadians would name Reagan as the best American president of recent decades, although I’m guessing Clinton would get more support for that.
Cance!l all their fishing trips to the US...oh, wait...
“Its wrong to eat poutine.”
Poutine is actually good.
Not necessarily good for you - but good tasting.
The first sentence is a lie.
Stay up in the frozen north and encourage as many lib idiot yanks to come up there too, eh!
Be assured, a lot of Canadians think Justin Trudeau is an pompous idiot in over his head, who got the humbling he deserved at the G7
There’s a lot of left-wing columnists like this in Canadian Media, don’t take them too seriously ... we don’t
From what I heard on the tape, Trump was boasting that he COULD do what he wanted with women because of his celebrity status. He never boasted that he DID.
Am I wrong in thinking Canadian tariffs on our agricultural product makes their prices for food higher?
I love Canadians. In fact, I like every Canadian I know, including a couple that are libs. Pretty honest, friendly and trusting folks.
My only criticism about Canadian People is driving in the left lane on American highways. Please move over for the speeders. ;o/
No need to apologize for your libprogs brethren.
If Canadians prefer not to lower their tariffs on US dairy products we could, perhaps, place a 270% tariff on medical treatment on Canadians in the US. Present company excluded.
Its even less than that. After being goaded by Billy Bush several times Trump said .... if youre a star, they let you do it. He never said that he did it...... The opposition media knows that their lies and slants seem like truth to many.
I am reminded of a quote from Citizen Cane..
“Kane: Youre right, I did lose a million dollars last year. I expect to lose a million dollars this year. I expect to lose a million dollars next year. You know, Mr. Thatcher, at the rate of a million dollars a year, Ill have to close this place in 60 years.”
When you are as wealthy as President Trump, a boycott, even if successful (and I can state with confidence it will not be) will not even be noticed on the bottom line.
It would be fruitless to engage in a honest discussion with this person since his argument is based on emotion using information taken out of context.
But, I say go for it. Knock yourself out. Use up your time and energy on a futile quest, since like most liberals it is the image that is important, not facts or results.
