Following the traditional process for releasing high-profile reports the Department of Justice Office of Inspector General (DOJ-OIG) report will be released tomorrow with a briefing to congress and the president happening around Noon, and a public release at 3:00pm. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein will brief the President while senior officials from the DOJ will brief congress and their staff.
The 500-page report will cover the DOJ and FBI conduct surrounding the Clinton classified email investigation, and was originally commissioned during the Obama administration to review whether the FBI and DOJ politicized the Clinton investigation and subsequent outcome.

6. The @JusticeOIG will explain what happened & point out all wrong doing: procedural & criminal. It will likely recommend a re-investigation of Clinton, and Sessions & Wray will decide how to move ahead w it in coming days.
“If Trump has the unredacted report and he catches RR in a lie told directly to the President, kiss RR goodbye”
The purpose of redacting or altering the Horowitz report is obviously not to deceive the POTUS or whitewash anything. Rosenstien would not be stupid enough to believe he could keep the POTUS from seeing the unredacted report.
If the DOJ can continue to withhold information from the public, and from leaky congressional committees, even after Trump has seen the unredacted report, that will indicate that whatever the POTUS saw convinced him of the legitimate need to withhold certain information from the public at this time.
I think this report is part of a larger case the DOJ is building against former Obama administration officials, perhaps Obama himself, charging them for gross abuse of power, specifically criminal “weaponizing” of executive branch departments and agencies for political advantage.
Targets implicated in any such improper operations will argue that they were deceived by their superiors and believed the operations were fully legitimate and sanctioned. There will no doubt be many immunity deals offered in exchange for information implicating higher level officials.
For all we know, Rosenstien has been offered immunity regarding his involvement with improper FISA warrant applications, and has “flipped”.
It’s almost the only possible explanation for his boldness and apparent invulnerability.
The point is we don’t know - I’m optimistic - I think the deep state is in disarray. I think they are leaderless and on the run. I think none of them trust each other and are all waiting for another shoe to drop.
I think the Trump “white hats” - whoever they are - now have the upper hand in a very slow process of following evidence and testimony up the Obama chain of command.
At the end of it all, I somehow doubt we’ll get to see Obama or other Democrats at the very top go to prison, but hopefully they will at least be humiliated and disgraced for all time.

And yet there are some here on FR that worship the ground a 15 year old Reddit user living in mommy's basement playing XBox all day walks on.

Q posted on the 13th that it would be released tomorrow (14th) and the 13th was when Sundance’s article was posted as well. — Honestly waiting for this thing to be released could drive a person nuts!
“Mistakes were made...” That is all!
So the bad guys get months to review and redact the Report but Congress and POTUS get 3 hours? Another political game being played by Sessions and the Deep State. Where are the 1.3 Trillion Sealed Indictments?
Instead of hanging he will die of old age.
Wasn’t RR one of the approvers of the uranium-1 deal? Should be one of the witnesses in some Hillary investigation.
I’m expecting a fully whitewashed report. Maybe the oversight committee will get the truth from Horowitz under oath next week.
Trump may want to wait until he has 5 reliable SCOTUS votes before tangling with RR in court. This might come up in confirmation hearings,

Disturbingly logical.
