Also, your member’s website has teh address and phone number for his/her district offices. Call there. To them, 10 calls seem like 100. They’re mostly focused on constituent service, so when they get a few calls on an issue,, it gets reported back to DC as a flood.
Then email them.
They don’t care and they don’t respond. My rep is conservative Paul Gosar. He votes the right way, but he doesn’t give a damn about his constituents. Writing him might as well be writing the moonman. I tried it.
