Certain current and former members of the FBI and the Department of Justice are steeling themselves for Thursdays anticipated release of the inspector generals report. The report is rumored to be a scathing rebuke of decision-making in the Hillary Clinton private email server investigation.
Central figures like former Attorney General Loretta Lynch and fired FBI Director James Comey are included, according to sources familiar with a draft copy.
President Trump is scheduled to receive a briefing on the reports findings ahead of its release.
Some journalists and media analysts have already begun feeble attempts to pre-emptively blunt the reports impact, bemoaning the fact that partisan critics of Comey, et al, may weaponize the evidence to bludgeon institutions they feel are sacrosanct and beyond reproach.

Article also states.....There is zero wiggle room for FBI agents in the candor department. Lies of commission and lies of omission are handled the same. If you are caught mischaracterizing events, your utility as a prosecution witness is disabled. And if we are to hold young probationary agents to this exacting zero-tolerance standard, a deputy director deserves the same scrutiny and sanction.
Trump must EO the IG Report be re-released completely un-redacted.
Burn the village. Clean it up later...
What else can they do?
They have essentially been caught red-handed laying off Hillary’s actual crimes while trying to invent ones that Trump supposedly committed.
Interesting close to the article......
“Buckle your seat belts. This is going to get interesting as we are about to witness the... Trump abuse excuse.. as a rationale for poor decision-making and possible outright lawbreaking.”

Absolutely! Slash and burn.
The report will do NOTHING. Sean Vanity hyping it to the max is just another sign that this will be a nothingburger. Any ACTUAL damning revelations were already killed by the Deep State agents in the FBI and DOJ, such as Rosenstein.
We will know very soon if this report is a whitewash by its use it of
words such as “mistakes”, “unintentional” etc or
by how many criminal referrals come out of it in the next few days
or week.
Trump was abusing the FIB during the Campaign?
“no intent” has become an important meme of late.
Yes....but IMHO he should let the redacted one be out for a little while and THEN make them release the unredacted version so we can see just what they were trying to hide!
But first he needs to let the redacted version circulate for a few days. Let the talking heads all make their 'genius' comments on the weekend cable shows. Then release the unredacted version and it will have a lot more impact.
We will see if you are wrong TOMORROW.
My money is on this being a lame whitewash that tries to bury it all with ‘let’s move on recommendations’, rather than recommendations to hold people accountable.
I am not about to give the article a hit, but from the excerpt, the body of the article doesn’t square with the headline ????
GMTA.
Agree.
Let them go into a frenzy over the redacted content for a while and then..
BANG
Im still getting the feeling this is Lucy holding the football for Charlie Brown. Do you remember back when we were all anticipating an angry Bill Clinton video deposition? It built up for weeks. Then, nothing. I cant help but think this is a 500 page whitewash designed to give the illusion of a thorough and independent investigation.
