How does this work, it isn’t clear to me. They picked up all these people in Africa, took their money, and were just going to sail into Naples harbor (good luck to them) and offload...instant refugees?

Did they have a destination in mind when they took the money, or were they just banking on docking and offloading..or was there a deal in place beforehand?

What a complete bunch of bravo sierra! If the ship is in the Med, and 1300km from Valencia, then it must be only 200km from Tripoli and 350km from Tunis. There are your ports.

If those ports aren’t good enough, that is why one has a navy. Sink illegal invading ships. No remorse because these are invaders, not refuges.
