It isn't just Obama as throughout my life I noticed that most leftists only hire people to be their Yes Men. Leftist hubris is so great they can't stand not being the smartest person in their group.
The entire Left denigrated President Reagan for being stupid but he actually was a great leader and used one of the greatest tools a leader can use; that being, he hired smart people to run things as Reagan knew about "span of control." Most good conservatives do the same.
