Full title: UST IN: Rosenstein Threatened to Subpoena Emails, Phone Records of Nunes and House Intel if They Didnt Stop Investigation
Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein threatened to subpoena emails, phone records and other documents of Republican lawmakers on the House Intel Committee back in January, confirming previous reports.

All those who are sick and tired of these people wasting our hard-earned tax dollars, please raise your right hand.
I don’t think being a lawyer is a requirement for Attorney General.
Sessions should can him immediately...
not a legal requirement but politically unlikely
Contempt of Congress and he got away with it.
Trump did not know Rosenstein.
Sessions recommended Rosenstein and Trump went along with the recommendation.
One more example of Sessions screwing up and using poor judgement.
Or maybe, Sessions sabotaging Trump.
Does anyone even knoe who Q is?
My guess is that Q is a deep state plant sending disinformation to the gullible.
Sessions is either incompetent, compromised or a deep state saboteur.
“So Rosenstooge can investigate whoever and whatever he wants, but nobody can investigate Rosenstooge?”
He must’ve caught a bad case of Sanctimonious Arrogance from standing too close to Comey when they worked together. Doesn’t he get it — that the House has oversight over HIM, and not the other way around?
“Tom Fitton is not an attorney.”
Serious question: does the AG have to be an attorney? I assumed for years that SCOTUS members had to be attorneys, but I was wrong. In any case, Fitton is a bulldog, and that’s what we need.
