This stupid ghetto-dwelling Panther leftover doesn’t even realize that if you live on a farm and have any kind of vehicle, you can drive it anywhere on your property with no license and no registration as long as you stay off public roads.
Registration is for paying taxes and a driver’s license grants a privilege.

“Driving is not a constitutional inalienable right’ it’s a privilege granted by the government/state. Self protection using guns is a constitutional right, an inalienable right, which the government and state have no right violating, and which don’t need a license no more so than exercising any other constitutional right needs one. Free speech can result in dangerous situations too when someone is offended by what we say- shall we require a license for that as well?”
