In all due respect (and I think you mean well)...that is complete BS.
If my neighbor's house is in a flood zone and the flood is bearing down...do I not tell him because it might reflect poorly on his judgment for buying that house.
NO!
I tell him the truth as I know it and encourage him to use good judgment.
Some of what we hear is that judgment is an eternal thing.
Is telling our Jewish, Muslim, Atheist, Hindu friends our fear that such judgment is an eternally judgmental thing...an arrogant statement.
NO!
We tell them this because we love them.
Might we be wrong?
Well...of course.
So study and read.
Study and read with an open mind.
Your eternity might hang in the balance.
For our Jewish brothers and sister, I say: read the New Testament. See if it is anti-Semitic.
Or see if it isn't Jewish.
Jesus/Yeshuah is/was a Jew...he was never a Christian or a Catholic.
He is a Jew...and He spread the faith of the Jews around the world.
In my experience, people are attracted to and interested in one’s way of life or philosophy by the love, kindness and respect that one shows toward them.
But if you are convinced that you know what’s best for others, and that alienating them is the way to win hearts and minds: carry on.
