The best distillation of the Trump Doctrine I heard, though, came from a senior White House official with direct access to the president and his thinking. I was talking to this person several weeks ago, and I said, by way of introduction, that I thought it might perhaps be too early to discern a definitive Trump Doctrine.
“No,” the official said. “There’s definitely a Trump Doctrine.”
“What is it?” I asked. Here is the answer I received:
“The Trump Doctrine is ‘We’re America, Bitch.’ That’s the Trump Doctrine.”
It struck me almost immediately that this was the most acute, and attitudinally honest, description of the manner in which members of Trump’s team, and Trump himself, understand their role in the world.
I asked this official to explain the idea. “Obama apologized to everyone for everything. He felt bad about everything.” President Trump, this official said, “doesn’t feel like he has to apologize for anything America does.” I later asked another senior official, one who rendered the doctrine not as “We’re America, Bitch” but as “We’re America, Bitches,” whether he was aware of the 2004 movie Team America: World Police, whose theme song was “America, F*** Yeah!”
“Of course,” he said, laughing. “The president believes that we’re America, and people can take it or leave it.”
“We’re America, Bitch” is not only a characterologically accurate collective self-appraisal—the gangster fronting, the casual misogyny, the insupportable confidence—but it is also perfectly Rorschachian. To Trump’s followers, “We’re America, Bitch” could be understood as a middle finger directed at a cold and unfair world, one that no longer respects American power and privilege. To much of the world, however, and certainly to most practitioners of foreign and national-security policy, “We’re America, Bitch” would be understood as self-isolating, and self-sabotaging.

Suits me right down to the ground! The day after election day, when Trump had won after an evening of cliff hanging and then victory, I wrote in white shoe polish on the window of the silly little glass walled office I was using: “Take that bitch!” in clear reference to hillary. It raised a lot of eyebrows.

Trump is just the 1st President post Cold War to finally recognize the US does not need the rest of the world any longer but the rest of the world desperately needs the USA.

A laughable assertion given the muslification of Europe by immigrants coming. They are not coming to integrate and adapt to the new culture. They are coming over to make an islamic society. That will consume Europe and if Russia isn't careful it will consume them too.
So it makes sense to reach out and make Chinese friends because there is a very great chance that China could never be islamified and certainly with their cultural superiority complex will not tolerate globalization through mass immigration.

Made up. I don't believe this happened. It's the author wishing this conversation occurred as he's trying to make Trump look like an ogre.
As has been said, they would have supported much of the Trump doctrine just a generation ago, but they seem bent on moving farther and farther left for their own purposes.
My take.
This is just another fake news piece. Like the others this is meant to make Trump and his Administration look like thugs and bullies.
This will do that as far as those who already hate him because it reenforces their feelings about him but the authors mistake is he believes Trump’s base will somehow think less of him when in fact it will only reenforce their positive feelings towards him.
