Why wouldn't they hate a man who leaves them behind in the dust, exposing their incompetence and stupidity?...Unless, of course, they were honest, benevolent, intelligent people, dedicated, as President Trump is, to making the world a better place and doing what's right and decent, merely for the sake of goodness, benevolence, right, and decency--which they are not--and in which case they would support him 100%.
They have merely proven that they are far more incompetent, stupid, self-serving, and basically indecent than President Trump. That's why they can't understand him. For one thing: they don't want to; they're too stupid to see its advantages, viz. the triumph of good over evil.
