If sleeping with a government employee to induce criminal action by him by way of violating his obligation to protect confidential intelligence information doesn’t count as journalism, it counts as espionage.
This should be spelled out clearly in the form of lifetime prison sentences for every person who was aware of the arrangement and kept silent in order to profit from it.
