"...gay wedding invitations..."

It seems gays and lesbians sure do have a difficult time finding vendors to bake cakes, do floral arrangements, and print invites.
It is almost as if they are telegraphing that they would be drama-filled, demanding, and annoying customers.

Of course they targeted the Christians specifically just to make a point!

Drama Queens got to make Drama.

The solution to this crap seems so obvious.

If a couple of deviants bullied me into baking a cake or designing invitations for their "wedding", I can guarantee that on their big day they'd be wishing they picked someone else.

They would charge you with a hate crime, and you would be in even bigger trouble.

The Muslims would solve their problem right quick. This is why they do not try this sort of sh*t on Muslims.

Those amendments are pointed directly and exclusively at the feds and nowhere else.

Below is a link to the SCOTUS decision I mentioned before. In it all nine Justices ruled that states have a duty to protect the 2nd Amendment rights of their residents. Are you suggesting that states are only required to protect *2nd* Amendment rights not 1st Amendment rights? Does the state of New York have the right to shut down the NY Post or Saint Patrick's Cathedral (two things I'll bet that Cuomo would *love* to do)?

I’m saying that the Constitution gives the feds no authority over these matters. They are states’ issues. And almost certainly every State Constitution has within it the right to keep and bear arms and the rights to free speech and free exercise. It’s up to the people of the states to ENFORCE their own State Constitutions.

Giving the feds extra-constitutional powers is a death wish like putting gun to your head.

The people of each state need to TAKE HOLD of their constitutional sovereignty and enforce their own State Constitutions, with amendments if necessary, on the state government by vote, referendums, and initiatives.

What we’re seeing is this massive death wish being carried out by too many people basically saying, “Let the feds take care of our issues, we don’t want to.” The Beginning of the End.

Whatever happened to the days a business could refuse service?

To the dismay of Constitutionalists, the Constitution did not protect us so we need more Constitution. That always works well in the case of stricter gun laws which are all unconstitutional and the Constitution does not protect us from progressivism and never will because free stuff.

Won’t stand up to the ruling that the Supreme Court just handed down.

Of course it will, the Supremes wrote their decision begging for this case because they made no claim that they were abused by the Civil Rights Body of the state.

“Won’t stand up to the ruling that the Supreme Court just handed down.”

Agreed. The case is pretty much the same as the Colorado case.

Yep....

Only way this could be consistent would be if they declared asking the person to create this unique artwork isn’t actually artwork...
