It depends on how you construe “bigotry”, which is a made-up word like “racism”, both of which have many meanings or no meaning, and are used as epithets.
They are surrogates for “discrimination”.
Discrimination is essential to life (good water vs. contaminated water, food vs. poison, danger vs. safety, etc).
If you have negative opinions about homosexuality and you do not bury them in the deepest recesses of your mind so no one except you ever knows of them, you are discriminating.
Whether or not your discrimination makes you a “bigot” is not up to you but to others, who may or may not have your best interests and those of your family, community, church, or your nation at heart.
It is completely futile, a waste of energy, and a diversion from actual issues to deny that you are a “bigot” or a “racist”.
It’s kind of like calling a person a poopy head.
It merely wastes your time and energy.
