Jim Wolfe, a longtime former director of security at the Senate Intelligence Committee, was indicted and arrested Thursday night for giving false statements to F.B.I. agents during their investigation into leaks of classified information to the media.

The song does not say which George, but it does feature the Battle of Waterloo, during which George III was king. However, I agree that he does not deserve credit for Wellington's victory. In fact, in his later years he suffered from dementia. See the movie The Madness of King George. Henry V was actually present at Agincourt, but later monarchs get too much credit for their military forces' triumphs.

Steely Tom, I'm afraid it will be handled much like the "Congressional Sexual Lawsuit Sludge Fund" that never revealed ANYTHING about itself, who was paid off, etc, and it WENT AWAY as quickly as it showed up.. never to be heard of again.
Yeah well he just nopardoned himself. I am trying to figure it out though. How can a G&S fan have not a wit of a sense of humor or irony. I grew up with a number of folks with this “affliction.” They had great senses of humor.
