Star Wars: The Last Jedi actress Kelly Marie Tran deleted all of her posts on Instagram following alleged harassment from Star Wars fans who did not like Trans character in the movie.
Star Wars Facts, a popular Twitter account, claimed Tran had deleted the posts due to months of harassment.

Maybe it is North Korean hackers as Sony once complained about bogus hacks when employees leaked films
Getting an acting job, no matter the reason, is a one in a million shot. If she refrains from obtaining a high horse & preaching from it, I wish her the best.
Burt is a lot more alive than the Star Wars franchise.
“It needed to be hijacked, LOL!”
Amen to that. Speaking of Burt, Saw his ex on a ME TV ad. WTH did Lonnie do to her lips?
Same here, I really liked Boogie Nights. It didn’t hold back. It didn’t hide the ugliness of the industry.
Correct...
Black and Asians or Black and Hispanic.
Usually ok in the USA but seldom a match on the global stage.
She’s of Vietnamese decent and was born in San Diego. So no she was not hired to satisfy Chinese anything. That’s just plain a stupid lie that came out when she was cast that is perpetuated by stupid people.
I seem to have heard somewhere that the Chinese own big theater chains in America and won’t show films that are down on China in any way. Maybe it was Arc Light.

I worked with a guy that was (and still is) in a Texas mixed marriage. I made a passing remark about it to my Mom and she wanted to know if my co-worker or his wife was “the black one”.
I could barely keep a straight face when I told, ‘Ma — that’s not a Texas mixed marriage. He went to Texas A&M and she went to the University of Texas in Austin. That’s a Texas mixed marriage!’
She thought that was a hoot!
So what you’re saying is, the studio doesn’t even have the bad excuse of “we need Asians in the cast if we’re going to make any money in the China market, or even be allowed to screen it there” to support such a bad casting decision?
Reminds me of this....
And Vietnamese and Chinese aren’t exactly best pals. Even Ho Chi Minh once said, “I’d rather smell French s__t for five years, than Chinese s__t for a thousand years.”
