Agreed. A formal cessation of hostilities by NK, conditions of the peace, surrender etc, reparations and sanctions regarding military development etc, then a treaty if appropriate, but that would pretty much be on the SK part, we do not need a treaty w/NK, unless it is a trade agreement mutual benefit agreement etc.

If I recall, the Korean war was a UN issue, not just the US. (not that the UN is worth the traffic tickets in NYC they run up)
