This is an event that actually happened. It’s not an opinion where people are free to decide for themselves whether he threatened Bush or Obama. A quick search will save you the embarrassment of arguing against the known facts.
However, due to sloppy journalism you are hereby pardoned. Obama was president-elect at the time of the threat in December 2008. The detailed threat was to kill the president at some time in the future.
