Former national security adviser Susan Rice's son is an outspoken Trump supporter and serves as the president of Stanford University's College Republicans.
Rice served as national security adviser under former President Barack Obama.
John David Rice-Cameron told Fox News this week that he distanced himself from his parents' political views and is now a conservative who is determined to "Make Stanford Great Again."

She comes out of the Clinton admn, Obama admin, leftist think tanks, and she’s probably more conservative than she lets on, shaking my damned head, really. Now we know why the word ‘conservative’ is practically meaningless.

I think you may be right with that observation.
My wife and I met her a few years ago. She was poised, intelligent and present throughout our conversation. It took all our will power to be cordial and not bring up politics. Knowing her views and actions (e.g. deceiving on five Sunday shows about Benghazi) I had / have a very negative view of her. But hearing the story of her son and what he says about her doesn’t surprise me after meeting her.
I was raised by a Roosevelt Mom, my Dad never did discuss politics with me, but he was in the 11th Armored with Patton’s 3rd Army at the Bulge..
(he hated Nazis and cold weather).
I wound up being a Nixon then Reagan, now TRUMP Republican.
My Mom used to tell me how EVIL Republicans were, logic, policy, and common sense did not enter into it.

I think that he probably was advised by his mom that the future politically is not the demacrat party.....think rat leaving a sinking ship.....Susan Rice being in the leadership knows how bad things are politically for the democratic party. I would not trust him at all till he proves him self....corrupt people are attracted to where they see power and over the next 10 -20 years the danger for the republican party will be the corrupt children of demacrat politicians who see there way to power and money not in the demacrat party but in the republican party....corruption has no party affiliation.

Interesting. My dad’s family was Republican since the
start of the Civil War....from So Missouri, no less.
However, apparently my dad must not have given much
thought to politics as a youth. In 1944 he was in the
mountain jungles of Leyte with the 11th Airborne Div
fighting the Japanese. Somebody told him he could vote
even tho he was 20 yrs old. He signed on as a Democrat but
only voted for one Democrat the next 70 years, the
balance of his life. He was always a conservative but
wouldn’t change party affiliation.
The Democrat he voted for? The local CA congressman Harold
