In the weeks after Donald J. Trump’s election, Mr. Obama went through multiple emotional stages, according to a new book by his longtime adviser, Benjamin J. Rhodes.

WASHINGTON — Riding in a motorcade in Lima, Peru, shortly after the 2016 election, President Barack Obama was struggling to understand Donald J. Trump’s victory.

If it is a "spy" it implies someone placed on the outside looking in at something they have no legal reason being there for. Such as a US spy in Russia, or vice versa. They have no legal standing to be there.

If it is an "informant", it implies far, FAR more strongly by DEFAULT that it is a criminal investigation, and there is definite illegal behavior going on being informed on.

It is no accident, no accident at all they are going full steam ahead with what appears to be a subtle language change. They got busted. This entire thing was a set up. They have nothing, because there never was anything there to begin with. It was a setup. They are now trying to frame it in the least damaging and most advantageous way for them, and it is no accident at all. He wasn’t wrong. We still have Obamacare. We still have spending at his administration’s levels. We still have almost as many people on Food Stamps as we had when he was president — certainly more than when he took office. We still have record low labor force participation, partly because of all the social welfare programs that he expanded. We still have a massive wave of illegal immigrants in the country that he let in. He shoved a massive liberal agenda on America and the “Republican” government that we have now — in control of everything — won’t even begin to repeal it. They just snip around the edges and wring their hands and say “there’s nothing we can do!!”
