The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee has released a list of top targets looking ahead to the 2018 elections, and California's Republican delegation is a big part of it.

Let's keep winning folks!
To those who can, please consider helping out. We need to hold these seats, and keep Congress.
Targeting California where anybody and everybody can vote! Typical, make laws in your state to help destroy the Union.
Gee, remember how much trouble Sarah Palin got in when she published a piece of campaign literature that appeared to “target” some political districts?
.... I hate the Election System here in CA for the primaries. We have a crazy top two primary system which pits all candidates of all parties against each other and lets only the first- and second-place finishers move on to the general election. However the numbers this year could prove interesting for the Dems as Republicans have gained some traction this season.
Are you saying the “top two” are both Republicans?
I think we should give California to Mexico, then build the wall, keeping Hollywood out.
Trump is like, the only Republican anywhere, who actually has appeal in California.
They do not like old-style, sell out America to China and anywhere else people. They want someone who is 100% for America, all the time.
Now Trump is different. I think Trump is very popular in California. He is different. But most of the GOP in California really, really need to be super-patriotic.
Californians will support someone like that. The thing is, nobody in the entire GOP is like that anymore. They are all sold out. Don’t misunderstand, Dems are just as bad. But Dems will appeal to voters on other issues. Like immigration.
The GOP really needs to go back, to what the party used to be about. About AMERICA.
That is why the GOP does not win there anymore. Nobody is appealing to anyone.
Trump got it. That is why he won the last election.
But the GOP overall, is still not with what is happening. The American people. The Californian people, want someone they can get enthusiastically behind.
Instead, everyone is completely sold out.
They have been, forever.
Dems are targeting my district (retiring Ed Royce). It is currently R+11. They are excitied because Hillary was the Democrat to win this CD. But that was inly because Republican turn out was way down because the 2 senate candidates were Democrats and everyone knew Trump was going to lose CA big time.
This year there are somany Dems inthe race for the House seat, the top 2 vote getters in the jungle primary are likely to be the two Republicans! The RATS did notmorganize well.
Re: “Trump is like, the only Republican anywhere, who actually has appeal in California.”
I disagree.
2008 - McCain - California - 36.9%
2012 - Romney - California - 37.1%
2016 - Trump - California - 31.6%
We have to keep Nor Cal. I wouldnt concede that part of the state. They would trash the beauty there forever.
Gosh, about the wall we still dont have.. money for all except the wall. That would have been the best campaign promise to keep.
‘I think we should give California to Mexico, then build the wall, keeping Hollywood out.”
Thankfully Linda, you can’t “give” us to Mexico or to anyone else for that matter. Your comment raises the question of your ability to “think” about much of anything. “Thinking,”evidently is not your “strong suit,” Millions of dedicated Conservative Californians deserve a whole lot better than your unfounded comment. FR is headquartered in California, and is supported by the good Conservatives of this State, who are always #1 in terms of it’s financial support. Since you haven’t bothered to put up an “about page,” I have to believe you live where the plumbing is “outdoors” and your home came with wheels.
Preview of California races.
