I don’t have a problem with clean water and wetlands or legalizing marijuana. She is a comedian and tried to sing the anthem and did it badly, probably emphasizing the badness because she is a COMEDIAN and she grabbed her crotch and spit on the ground IMITATING the ball players because they do that, because... you guessed it, she’s a COMEDIAN.
Who wouldnt be in favor of protecting our water and the environment? Legalizing pot is another thing entirely. And what about the positions of her chosen running mate, Cindy Sheehan, copied below for the sake of conveince. Are you ok with those too, or the simple fact that she would pick someone like that as her VP? Someone so intimately involved with the communist movement, a movement that not only wants to overthrow our system, but which roots for our enemies to defeat us on the battlefield.
You dope. Her obvious disrespect for the national anthem may have been 18 years ago, not 25, but her selection of a leading figure in the American communist movement as VP in her 2012 presidential run was only 6 years ago.
Roseanne is an idiot. So many families were going to have a great summer with their kids because mom or dad had a gig in September on Roseanne. Most people in the few don’t make tons of money but they had a gig. Now they don’t. She’s still got her $80 million and her macadamia nut farm in Hawaii.
Shame on her for hurting all those people taking that risk.

...and if I understand it correctly, she also wanted to do away with prisons. Her position was stated, “Rehabilitation, not incarceration”. I don’t know if that was meant to apply only to drug-related crimes or not.

If they wanted a Kate Smith, they should have chosen a singer. Roseanne is not a singer, she’s a comedian. She was mocking what baseball players do at the end...it was stupid on the leaque’s part to ask a comedian to sing the anthem.
It couldn't be more obvious that she was deliberately mocking the NA with her screeching way off-key rendition, particularly given the fact that she's so lunatic left as to pick a prominent member of the Amerifan communist movement to be her VP in her presidential bid. Shouldn't require much brain power to see and understand this.

I don’t care for Roseanne...never watched the old show and didn’t watch the new one. I have enough common sense to know it was a joke, plain and simple. What disturbs me is the fact that the only ones who can speak their minds without repercussions are the liberals. THEY can be as nasty as they want to be. THAT is what I’m speaking out about on TWITTER and elsewhere. HER freedom of speech is just as valid as the filthy things Oberman and Kathy Griffith have said (AND Joy Behar and Woopie). Freedom of speech is the issue here and we have to stand up and let our voices be heard. The Thought Police are laying the groundwork for taking away our rights. So speak up, friends, not just here where we all pretty much agree...but on other social media platforms and in one-on-one conversations. Conservatism is the new wave - let’s ride it!!!!

I’ve seen the video and stand by what I said. She wasn’t a singer, she isn’t a singer. She sang it “Roseanne” style or in “Roseanne” persona. They chose a comedian, expecting her to sing like Kate Smith or any other singer makes zero sense. They might as well have picked Carrot Top, I blame those who chose her.
As for her politics, whatever, it wasn’t like she was going to get any votes. She came to some sense in her older years when she backed Trump.
My brain power is fine, thanks. I don’t expect someone like Roseanne to sing like Whitney Houston.
