I think both sides complain that the other side is intrusive and violent. But the current article indicates that WoW has been given their own area in which to operate in their own style but that WoW leave that area to harass others.
Women of the Wall sounds like a feminist group that is fighting for the right of women to pray aloud at the Wall using Torah and other things usually reserved for men in the orthodox tradition.
