This is only half done. The US cannot afford to be in response mode and just let DPRK dictate the agenda. Therefore, the US must ramp up sanctions on major Chinese banks who are in fact doing business with DPRK, and kick them out of the USA. China has been the big problem in this whole charade. Does anyone think that DPRK has not been feverishly trying to redesign and rework heat shields for ICBM reentry vehicles during this whole three month charade of Pyeongchang Olympic visits, Kim-Moon giving each other tongue at Panmunjom, and then the illusion of productive talks to occur in Singapore? It is all one big stalling tactic, so we need to turn it on its head and prosecute Beijing here which has been coordinating with Kim all along to roll the US, Japan and other allies in the region.
China has been the big problem in this whole charade.

Correct. They are both the enabler and the instigator. We are really dealing with a two country problem.
As I see it the BIG deal is they're tying to ‘avoid’ the ‘visual’ meeting of Trump and Kim, which was evidenced when they failed to show up for the meeting last week which is ‘exactly’ what that was about....the meeting in Singapore and arrangements of...
....yet at the ‘same time’ phone communications were going on regarding ‘the terms’ about denuclearizing the they just do not want to do unless on their terms.
N.Korea has decades in history of toggling from aggression to engagement/vice versa, ‘routinely’ playing emotional blackmail ‘by walking away’ from talks at the last minute in a bid to win concessions. That's what they're STILL playing....(With China's approval)........well Trump answered both the no show, and the denucleurization issues Kim refuses, and the next meeting yesterday...........he said no..and not on your terms nor with your games.
