I’m aware of that. One is either a natural born citizen or a naturalized citizen. If McCain was not natural born, surely there should be a record of his being naturalized prior to his commissioning.
All children born abroad must have paperwork filed for their citizenship to be recognized by the US government.
Natural born citizens need no action of law.
They are naturally citizens because there is no other possibility.
