The IG does not have the power to indict anyone, but is tasked with keeping US Attorney Huber informed of possible criminal acts. Huber may well be holding Grand Jury proceedings and ready to announce indictments, for all we know.

He may not have the power to indict but if significant wrong doing is found, law enforcement should be able to step in, no?
