Another San Diego Sheriff's Department employee recognized Wilson in surveillance footage from the restaurant released this month and reported him to investigators, according to San Diego Sheriff Bill Gore. Just a guess on my part. But I think this deputy was not popular with his co-workers.

He was just identifying as a female teacher, so he should not be charged.

unless he has early-onset Alzheimer’s or some other brain disease, or (without seeing the footage) there is some other special cricumstance, it will be very unlikely it is the first time that he has indulged in this sort of behaviour...imho
