Where are the criminal charges against people like Steve Bannon, Kellyanne Conway, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, Ivanka Trump, Corey Lewandowski, etc.?

I came to the conclusion long ago that -- with the exception of the Russians (perhaps) -- every one of the people facing criminal charges right now from Mueller's team are legitimate targets.
